Maths Teacher

Uteach presents you with a fantastic opportunity to teach Mathematics at an academy school located in a town in Greater London. The school is seeking a Teacher of Mathematics from October 2014 and the full-time position is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent.

There are 800 pupils of mixed gender aged between 11 and 18 years. In its 2011 Ofsted inspection, the school received a "Good" rating across most areas. The report found that students enjoy positive relationships with each other and with their teachers, and this is evident in their good behaviour and above average attendance.

The school has access to excellent transport links both locally and internationally: there are two subway stations and two train stations within one mile of the school. To be eligible to apply for this position, you are required to be a qualified teacher or a teacher who is qualifying before October 2014.
