Our client, an expanding Legal 500 firm is looking for an ambitious, career driven and motivated Industrial Disease Paralegal
Duties will include:
- Assisting Senior Fee Earners and Partners with their case load while reporting to the Head of Department
- Managing a small varied case load of pre-litigated Industrial Disease files (NIHL with exposure to VWF and HAVS)
- Becoming a key part of the Industrial Disease team
You will have a background as a paralegal, excellent researching / interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail
Desirables include dealing with Industrial Disease and a knowledge of Proclaim and/or Solcase
