Welfare Adviser
Full Time, 35 hours per week
The Students’ Union has an opportunity for a Welfare Adviser to join a well-established team in our Student Advice Centre who support our students to have a great academic experience.
The role will require you to manage a caseload and provide advice to our students in areas such as money advice, welfare benefits and housing. Your effective interpersonal skills to provide clear and consistent advice in a welcoming environment to our students is essential. You will also have the ability to provide advocacy and representation for students when required.
This position offers an excellent benefits package with generous holiday entitlement.
Starting salary: £21,573 per annum
