This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll/purchase administer to join a large successful company based in Bacup Lancashire.
Job Description:
• Processing and administering of weekly payrolls for permanent and casual staff
• Management reporting
• Maintaining appropriate records with regards to staff absences
• Code and check invoices
• Check and reconcile supplier statements
• File invoices and statements
• Deal with purchase enquiries
• Posting of Purchase Ledger invoices
• Reconciling supplier accounts
• Dealing with queries
• Investigating discrepancies
Applicant will have:
• Previous experience of working with Sage Payroll
• Good IT skills, intermediate level of Excel
• Confident in using payroll software
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
• Good numeracy skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a high concern for accuracy
• Demonstrate an appreciation of the importance of teamwork and respond willingly to all team members
37 ½ hours per week • 09-00hrs to 17.30hrs
