Role: HR Business Partner
Location: Birmingham
Duration: 6+ Months Initially with possible extension
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong generalist HR background with a commercially focused approach - specifically experience performance management, absence, conduct, workforce planning & recruitment, talent and succession
- Experience of advising and influencing managers at all levels on wide variety of HR matters
- Able to constructively challenge and persuade and influence the business when required
- Ability to work alongside management team upskill in terms of HR knowledge and management capabilities
- Experience of supporting managers with business change
- Ability to translate policy and process into practical solutions
- Delivery of workshops and training interventions to management teams
- Relevant, up to date employment law knowledge
- Experience of working in a unionised environment
- Experience of building credibility, trust and positive working relationships with geographically dispersed customers
- Attuned to working in a busy environment, working to tight and challenging deadlines
