Within a Senior Partner Practice of the St. James’s Place Partnership, part of St. James's Place Wealth Management plc.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional, adaptable and experienced individual within a highly successful St. James’s Place Wealth Management – Senior Partner Practice in Solihull. You will be based in a busy office ensuring the business generated by the Practice is processed correctly and in a timely manner.

St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded, FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.  This Practice is well established and highly successful.

The Role

You will be working as part of a busy team and will need to be adaptable. Your role will include checking CFR’s, collating client information, preparing suitability letters, preparing illustrations, managing cases to completion and working with internal processing systems.  You will be given full training on the relevant IT systems.

You will need to ensure that the business obtained is being processed compliantly and in a timely way.

You will be liaising with third parties on a daily basis.

The Person

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, IT proficient and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.

Ideally, you have been working for an IFA or in a Wealth Management environment and you hold the Level 4 Dip PFS qualification or are working towards obtaining it. Alternatively, you may be FPC qualified and/or have significant industry experience. You have experience of the administration of IHT, Pension, Investment and Protection products as a Paraplanner.

You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised.

You will have contact with clients, and it is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
