Assistant Manager - Hollywood Bowl - Bristol

About the role:

We are looking for a highly motivated assistant manager who can work alongside our management team in our busy centre. Leading and motivating your team, you'll ensure that our customers are always made to feel welcome and have a great experience every time they visit us.

You'll be involved in managing our people in the lanes, bar, restaurant and kitchen - ensuring that together, we are reaching our targets and that all our standards are kept to the highest level. As an assistant manager, you'll mentor and develop the team - so your communication and leadership skills must be second to none. You'll also get involved in local marketing activities to help drive the business forward.

• At least 18 months' experience in a customer facing management role
