I am looking for Senior Consultants with Retail Banking (Banking, Cards & Payments) experience for my client - a highly successful Consultancy Organisation. This growing company has some of the most exciting consulting projects within Banking and Finance, specifically in Payments and Cards.
You will have the opportunity to leverage your background in consulting and/or industry with some of the leading organisations across banking, cards and payments and the Senior Consultant will have exposure to senior members of the Practice and Clients, as well as involvement in bids and proposals. The Senior Consultant will help design, deliver and lead large scale and complex projects in this exciting sector, working within mixed consulting and client teams, planning, managing and delivering work
We're looking for experience of Operations and ideally, Consulting including:
* Business case and strategy development
* Target operating model design
* Programme and project management
* Performance improvement
* Business process redesign
* Ideally exposure to sales in a consulting environment, ideally contributing to and supporting sales
activity.
Candidates must have exceptional interpersonal skills and be willing to travel on business.
