An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support person to join our team in Manchester to help and support the Sales Account Managers through appointment making, providing customer services and direct sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
MAIN DUTIES
- Appointment making for the Sales Account Managers

Sourcing prices from suppliers

Providing prices, product information and support to clients and Sales Account Manager

Preparing quotes and keeping records of sales

Answering telephone enquiries

Coordinating kit returns

General admin including filing
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Confident telephone manner
-
Computer literacy in Word and Excel.

A good basic background of English - preferably 5 GCSE's at C or above

Confident with a can-do attitude

Excellent customer service skills

Strong time management and organisational skills

A general interest in Audio Visual products
