Finance Director / Financial Controller

A Finance Director is sought to join this established facilities services company, based in London.

The organisation has a turnover of around £30m, and has recently been through a period of transformation; creating an opportunity for a tenacious, experienced Finance Director to join their senior team.

The purpose of the role is to provide clear, incisive financial leadership to the business, adding considerable value to all commercial and operational areas. You'll need a hands-on approach, and be able to demonstrate a keen commercial instinct and the gravitas to influence and support at a high level.

Title: Finance Director
Location: London
Salary: £100,00 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience

The Finance Director will be responsible for the following:
- Providing financial leadership to the business
- Overall financial responsibility for the company's financial affairs
- Contributing to the setting and delivery of the company strategy
- Working closely with the finance team to produce and analyse company finances
- Evaluating finances in order to maximise profit
- Leading and developing the finance team

The ideal Finance Director will possess:
- At least 10 years post qualification Accountant experience
- A proven track record in a Finance Director / Financial Controller role
- A background in process improvement
- The ability to truly understand the numbers and key drivers of the business
- Experience in managing back / lender relationships and contract pricing / negotiations
- Proven staff management capability
