Due to expansion my client is now recruiting for a number of Customer Relationship Executives to create a new outbound team calling existing clients.

Working in a targeted environment, you will be making outbound calls to customers each day from an existing database - experience of working in a call or contact centre environment is essential.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • strong customer service skills
  • confident telephone manner
  • objection handling skills
  • the ability to manage your own time/workload
  • multitasking skills
  • good computer literacy – in particular Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • excellent keyboard skills
  • sales experience – ideally telephone based
  • enthusiasm and positive approach to work
  • Outbound calling experience essential
  • Ability to work unsupervised yet remain focused and professional
  • Capably of managing own development, looking for continual improvement

Candidate will have experience working in a fast paced environment and are comfortable working under pressure.  Professional and personable, you will be a strong team player who can adapt easily to a changing environment.

As the team grows the successful candidate will have a real opportunity for progression within the company.

Hours of work: 40 hours/week between12.00pm and 8.00pm, Monday – Thursday, and 10.00am - 6pm on a Friday.  Also 9.00am – 1.00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays (on a rota basis).

Holiday entitlement: 20 days + statutory days, rising to 22 days after a full years’ service.
