Route One Recruitment is working exclusively for a forward thinking Man and Van company based in London. Due to continued success and growth plans our client is looking for an office based Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join their team.
As a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager for our client you will be required to deal with both B2B and B2C clients in a mixed, inbound and outbound environment. This is an exciting opportunity with a rapidly expanding, young, ambitious company.
To start with, the main responsibility of this position is to generate new customers, mainly B2B, through contacting companies and turning them in to regular account customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, ideally managing a small sales team. You must be a strong communicator who is driven, self-motivated and able to work well without being micro managed. You must have experience of working to KPI's/targets and be used to exceeding them.
You DO NOT need to have any logistics industry related experience!
