A Manchester primary school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work full time supporting groups of children with dyslexia throughout the school. The position is full time and will start as soon as possible until July 2014.

This role has arisen to provide extra support to children who suffer with dyslexia.

This school is one of the fastest improving schools in Manchester. The staff team have worked very hard to achieve the school's improvement and they are very proud of their children. The children come from a variety of backgrounds, religions and cultures. Approximately 35% of children are identified as vulnerable learners.

You will need to have a strong commitment to pupil's learning as well as caring and supportive qualities. Children's achievements are very important and the adults at work with great enthusiasm to make sure that each child achieves the very best they can.

This post will involve supporting a different groups of children with dyslexia. You will need to have experience of supporting children with dyslexia.
