A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Expert - specialising in all future Brand and Talent attraction for our energetic and entrepreneurial business. This is a new and pivotal position in the attraction of future talent to achieve continued and successful growth.
Through pro-active digital marketing and use social media channels, you will help the business stand out as an 'Employer of Choice' on the marketplace - driving new talent to recognise us as their one-stop for a lasting career.
Job Role
- Assist in the design and delivery of online advertising campaigns that target and attract the best talent for our business and increase followers and engagement with the Rethink brand
- Proactively use social media by setting up and cultivating appropriate communities, groups with the skills, knowledge and experience who match the profiles of our roles to create a talent pool
- Be a brand ambassador for Rethink, clearly communicating our culture and benefits to the network of followers and beyond
- Generate new connections and nurture relationships, building a pipeline of engaged talent that is more susceptible to future approach
- Provide feedback on remuneration packages/attraction methodologies to ensure the business remains competitive in their attraction strategy
- Assist in the on-boarding of new staff to ensure a smooth transition from appointment to induction
Desired Experience
This is a truly varied cross functional role therefore a broad range of backgrounds will be considered.
Necessary:
- Experience of working commercially with the 3 core social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to target specific groups of people
- Experience of building and managing a database, possibly via CRM systems
- Have built and maintained excellent working relationships internally and externally
Desirable:
- Experience of working in or knowledge of the recruitment industry
- Evidence of matching skills, knowledge and experience with potential vacancies
- Exposure of designing previous attraction campaigns
