Job Title - Client Account Manager

Role

This innovative and exciting role is within a market leader in the Umbrella Services sector. The Client Account Manager will initially be charged with generating new business through setting appointments for senior members of staff whilst you develop you career within the umbrella industry. Based in Canterbury, the Client Account Manager will be selling a payroll and accountancy service to temporary and permanent recruitment consultancies throughout the UK. This service will ultimately save contractors time and money with regards to taxation and payroll issues.

Candidate

The Client Account Manager should ideally have knowledge in the Umbrella Services industry and will have to be able to prove that you are hungry for success in your next career move. You will have some experience in sales and be able to demonstrate you are someone who achieves on targets and is hungry for success. You will be articulate, well presented and self-motivated.

What skills do I need?

Full training and assistance will be provided, however to be a good sales person you need to be:
Confident and determined.

*Excellent at communicating, both orally and written.

The Package

Basic salary for the Business Development Manager is circa GBP23,000 - GBP45,000.

What can you expect when you start?

To begin with, this role will be office-based while you learn the products and make yourself familiar with the legislations relating to the contracting world. Full training on the ins and outs of an umbrella will be provided but you must be happy to pick up the phone and 'knock on doors' in order to win business.

Your role will be focused on generating new business via the telephone in order to book meetings with recruitment agencies and potential clients. Our main objective here is to get on the PSL of Recruitment Agencies or book meetings with potential new clients or introducers that will pass you contractors.
