Corporate Lawyer x 2 , London (2-4yrs PQE or equivalent)
We are currently recruiting two lawyers between 2-4years PQE or equivalent to join the London Corporate Group of this outstanding international firm. They are looking for strong corporate lawyers with experience in corporate finance, M&A (domestic and cross border) and private equity (beneficial but not essential).
This firm operates in the major commercial and financial centres of the UK as well as Europe, the Gulf and Asia Pacific.
Their Corporate lawyers work with clients at the forefront of their strategic development advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments. They have detailed knowledge and close working relationships with other professionals which enables them to achieve the right structure for deals and to bring together appropriate funders and entrepreneurial investors.
Specialise in the following areas:
· M&A
· Corporate Finance
· Private Equity
· AIM
· Joint Ventures
They have also undertaken an increasing amount of cross border work and recently have undertaken deals in Germany, Hungary, Holland, South Africa, United States, Poland, France, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and Italy and have a strong sector focus in Advance manufacturing & Technology, Energy, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Retail and Consumer Goods, and Insurance and Financial Services.
The Candidates Required
The successful candidates will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or a large regional practice. Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
