A widely respected niche retailer, known for exceptional customer service and customer loyalty. Expanding their e-commerce business, through investment in tech, a new team and a fresh and innovative approach to on-line consumer engagement.
The Web Analytics Manager will be tasked with developing and implementing web analytics across the business, and provide 'best in class' actionable insights to enhance performance and grow an omni-channel business.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, you will build the analytics capability to -
?? Support reporting on ecommerce KPIs and critical business metrics
?? Create dashboards, flash reports
?? Create insights and commentaries for decision making
?? Advise on optimising web strategies
?? Document web marketing strategies and recommend improvements
?? Work with PPC, SEO, UX to grow the ecommerce business
For this new team we are also looking to recruit a UX Manager, a Head of Digital Trading, Head of Web Operations, CRM Manager, Content Manager, Web Designer, Web Trader, Head of SEO.
