[Account Manager, Full-service integrated agency, Central London, Automotive]

I am currently recruiting for an AM to join a full-service digital agency to work on a major automotive account sitting as a part of their Fleet team. Could be for you if you are an SAE looking for the step up, or if you're an established AM looking for a move to a high-profile brand with some international clout.

The agency specialise in the automotive and luxury sectors and work across all channels to create a fluid, engaging customer journey. They have recently moved into new (super-cool) offices near Old Street and they embody a 'take-on everything' spirit that permeates their work. The agency are a massive global network, but on a small scale, so they are able to offer fantastic opportunities to everyone who proves they deserve them. This is the right role for you if you want to stand up and be counted and start getting noticed within your career.

You will be working on a major automotive account on their Global Fleet business across all channels, taking a leading role on this area of the account and driving all integrated projects and strategy, including extensive digital work.

This role is massively international and the agency has offices in Frankfurt, Shanghai, Birmingham and Los Angeles; you will be regularly travelling to Frankfurt especially. This role offers massive international opportunities and it is well within the reaches of possibility to transfer to another office, or the offices of a country which the global automotive account is expanding within.

The agency is not particularly hierarchical and you have the opportunity to fast-track incredibly quickly if you take on responsibility and prove yourself. This isn't a role for shrinking violets: you need to be ambitious, hungry, and passionate about your work.

You are likely to have:

-A background in ~ 2 years in an integrated agency with exposure to digital
-Potentially have worked on fleet automotive before, although this isn't necessary
-You will be tech minded and ideally have some experience of selling and delivering tech based solutions
-You will have a strong track record of working on 360 campaigns across all platforms and have been involved in content generation as well
-You will have a solid understanding of CRM and might well have experience in digital strategy, design, analytics, social and media, and technical builds.
-You'll have worked on B2C and B2B campaigns
-You will be hungry; a go-getter who wants to make their mark
-You're probably passionate about cars...!
