They are looking to recruit a National Account Manager to join the Commercial Team at Linton to take responsibility for the Pork, Sausage & Bacon Accounts.  Reporting to the Commercial Controller for Pork Products & Lamb, you will be responsible for the effective day to day management and development of the Pork, Bacon & Sausage portfolios, ensuring that the highest level of service and customer satisfaction is delivered within agreed budgeted targets.
The Linton site is dedicated to working with a leading chain of British supermarkets. You will play a pivotal role in the communication and liaison between internal departments and work closely with our dedicated customer, to ensure that customer requirements are met and schedules are achieved. You will have an eye for detail that managing a sophisticated supply chain and product range demands as well as being adaptable to the changing needs of the customer. 
Key accountabilities will also include the working alongside marketing and NPD to provide total account management including analysis and presentation of performance data, market trends, product costs, the co-ordination of promotional and new product development activity and effective handling of customer requirements championing mutually beneficial requirements.
They are looking for an individual of graduate calibre with proven commercial experience within an FMCG environment and with a genuine interest in food.  You must be passionate about providing the highest level of customer satisfaction, have a keen eye for detail, possess first-class communication skills and have proven analytical and numerical skills.  In addition to all this you must have the energy and tenacity to continue to drive change for the account and in the whole business.
