Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Relevant degree (specialism business statistics/marketing), or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Solid analytical background and experience of handling large data sets.
  • Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge in SPSS, Pro-Clarity, Business Objects (or similar tools) is a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly and confidently to senior managers across the business.
  • Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task
  • Can work independently in a structured manner.
  • Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or conflicting priorities.

Summary of day-to-day responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing teams to scope and develop regular analysis and/or reporting packs to support their departments.
  • Report and analyse on promotions performance and any other ad hoc marketing information needs.
  • Work with the Senior CRM Executive on segmentation, retention, data mining and customer profiling projects.
  • Build segments and generate customer lists for direct marketing projects and online marketing activities.
  • Develop new analytical techniques and statistical/predictive models to increase effectiveness of marketing activities and improve customer retention.
  • Share results of relevant analysis across THE OUTNET business.
  • Assist with qualitative and quantitative research projects to provide insight and intelligence on how to improve the customer experience.
  • The candidate will need to be a keen Marketing team player, able to proactively suggest analysis to add value to the business where ever possible.

The Role:

We are looking for a talented CRM Analyst to join the THEOUTNET Marketing Retention Team to develop innovative analysis to provide the business with insights that will help shape business strategy. You will be required to develop new analytical techniques and statistical/predictive models to increase effectiveness of marketing activities and improve customer retention.
