This well known and loved retail company is looking for a CRM Executive to join their London team on a 3 month contract. This role will be on a freelance basis and will be a perfect opportunity for someone looking to build on their Email and CRM experience.

You will be tasked with supporting the CRM Manager in the development of their new eCRM customer strategy, to deliver revenue & traffic targets through relevant communications, with a core execution focus on email communications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development of the eCRM strategy
Manage system tools to deliver a best in class eCRM program
Deliver on pre-agreed objectives on-time and inline with brand guidelines
Drive performance and Maximising ROI
Setting the agenda for email campaigns
Keeping an overview of the email deployment process
Maximising email opportunities by working with data teams and internal stakeholders
Ensuring all email content is accurate/inline with company and customer need
Managing all email analysis and reporting on key metrics
Constantly keeping an eye on marketing trends

Essential Experience to be Considered

6 months email/marketing experience
Experience in implementing eCRM strategies or real interest in learning and developing eCRM skills
Experience in both customer acquisition and retention marketing would be a distinct advantage
Confidence and ability to manage external agencies
Previous experience working in a retail marketing team
A genuine interest in digital marketing and learning from a well known and big brand!
