My client is looking for an experienced IT Trainer with energy and motivation to fulfil this exciting and challenging role. You must be a great communicator, have the ability to manage projects, have created courses and excellent documentation, and have a desire to use flexibility and enthusiasm.
Your role will be include:
?? Working alone or part of a team delivering personalised training solutions on client sites in Middlesex, Surrey, and London.
?? Create training strategies and plans
?? Develop customised documentation
?? Develop professional bespoke training materials including e-learning
?? Provide the end to end training solution for IT projects - this may also include some end user communications
?? Manage client relationships
You must have the following experience to be considered for this role:
?? A min of 4 years of IT Training experience within the professional services environment
?? Experience within a blue chip / global company
?? Good working knowledge of Windows 7
?? Advanced knowledge of MS Office 2003 and 2010 applications
?? Ability to create training materials in a variety of formats including MS Word and PowerPoint
?? Excellent standard of written communications
?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
?? You must have the ability to learn new applications and processes quickly with a passion for the latest technology
?? Able to facilitate and deliver hands on training
Preferred additional experience:
?? Industry standard qualification such as MOUS, TAP
?? Adobe Captivate experience
?? Live Meeting experience
?? Knowledge of SharePoint 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013
?? MS Communicator/Lync experience
?? VC Technology training experience
You must have experience of training MS Office Suite to an advanced level in a blue chip organisation to be considered for this position.
You will need to be flexible to travel to client site and you must hold a current UK driving license.
You will only be considered for this role if you live within a 1 hour commute of Staines-upon-Thames in Middlesex as this is where the role will be primarily based.
