Location: Teddington, London, TW11

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 + benefits

Job Role:

The Business System Analyst will support a global loyalty and marketing platform and work directly with client business teams for ongoing management of these country level programs. This will require mastering the workflows associated with supporting web content releases, promotional offers as well as providing issue/problem support.    The Business System Analyst will work closely with the Account Manager and will be working with one of our biggest client, who is a recognized leader internationally.

You will take responsibility for managing the operations on this account, ensuring a proactive approach is taken to meeting clients’ needs at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client accounts from a marketing campaign/production standpoint.  To include: campaign set-up, testing, deployment, automated solutions, reporting and QA
  • Participate in and/or own small scale advanced implementation projects.  To include: project scope, spec doc creation, builds, UAT, QA, and program launch.
  • Oversee Campaign Process, Marketing strategy, Business planning and campaign marketing and build processes for Full and Self Service Customers.
  • Initial escalation contact for both Client and internal teams contributing to Multi Channel Marketing.
  • Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure final product meets Client’s expectations.
  • Maintain Marketing and Campaign Process documentation
  • Working knowledge of Client’s business, goals/objectives, campaigns and how they use Multi channel Marketing products

Required Skills, Knowledge and experience:

  • Degree in a business, marketing or technical discipline.
  • Working experience in campaigning, email platforms, database reporting/design or Marketing oriented CRMs.  (practical work experience in digital technology can be substituted for college education).
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a technical role.
  • Basic HTML coding
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
