Our vision is to make Lloyds Banking Group the best bank for customers. As the UK's largest retail and commercial bank, we have a footprint that touches nearly every community and household in the UK. That gives us a big responsibility to support the UK economy, and to put customers at the heart of everything we do. To achieve this, we also need to be the best bank for our colleagues and our communities - and we have a clear strategy in place to make this a reality. We are building on our many strengths: iconic brands, strong heritages and great people. To unlock the great potential in our business, we are becoming more efficient, more transparent, and more responsive to customers. Already the UK's largest community investor, we are giving even more back. Above all, we are putting customers first.

The world is constantly changing and it has become clear that organisations have to adapt and respond to new risks and heightened regulatory interest across areas as diverse as IT Resilience, Cyber Security and Codes of Conduct. In light of this increased focus on risk and control we have formed, and are now looking to grow, our Risk and Control Assessment team within IT. You may be a Business Analyst, IT Consultant or Risk Analyst with a strong requirements gathering ability as well as an engaging Stakeholder management style. You will be deployed to carry out Controls testing/ Assurance alongside a group of more senior and experienced colleagues.

With an attitude focussed on Continuous Improvement you will stay up to date with relevant regulatory and statutory environment and technical risk / control matters within the industry to maintain and challenge a strong control environment and culture within the Group.

Ideally, you will be part qualified/ working towards one or more of the following: CISA/CISSP/ITIL/Prince2 or equivalent.

In return, we'll recognise and reward your performance. Our award-winning benefits package includes a flexible option that allows you to choose cash or pick from a wide range of benefits.
