This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a graduate within Property Management, Estates Management or Real Estate and is looking to gain more experience in this field. Some previous experience of commercial property management and disposal work is preferred but not essential.
The role will be working as part of a small team overseeing the organisation's commercial property portfolio. Duties will include carrying out site inspections, preparing reports, valuations, negotiating rent renewals and terms and conditions.
