About the job
We are currently looking to appoint a role within the Financial Planning and Reporting team, assisting the Financial Planning and Reporting Manager on the production of Group accounts, reports, budgets, plans and other reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a part or fully qualified accountant with:
- Problem solving and analytical skills that are flexible and adaptable to a variety of situations
- Capable of working independently whilst being comfortable working with the wider team; and prioritising work appropriately
- Ability to use own initiative to identify and implement process improvements and overcome obstacles
- Able to develop and maintain effective relationships throughout all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work effectively with other finance staff to achieve a professional and seamless finance service
- Capable of recognising differing financial risks in a range of businesses so as to deploy financial reporting and control accordingly
- Strong I.T skills being particularly proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Effective and persuasive oral and written communications skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and desire to develop
