Our client is looking for a finance or business professional to lead the commercial elements of tenders and funding bids.  This will include production of budgets and completion of financial information ensuring they are consistent with organisational policy and meet the requirements of the tender specification.  You will review TUPE and ensure risks are identified, profiled and in collaboration with corporate services.
 
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will preferably hold a professional business, financial or commercial qualification at postgraduate level. The successful candidate
will have a strong track record of budgeting/pricing together with risk assessment and analytical skills.  They operate in a complex, commercial environment of public sector delivery and you need to evidence an understanding of the sales process.  The role will be part of the wider Business Development team and they are looking for someone who can contribute to the delivery of their business strategy and ambitious income generation targets.
