Good Energy Group PLC was founded in May 2000 to lower UK carbon emissions by developing and distributing renewable energy within the UK. The Group has experienced unprecedented success over the last twelve months and has an ambitions yet realistic growth plan for the future.

As FiT (Feed-in Tariff) Customer Advisor, you will be an integral part of the Customer Service Team, responsible for administering the Feed-In Tariff (FiT) for over 64,000 generators. The FiT is a national scheme designed to reward those opting to generate small scale renewable electricity. Payments to registered generators are made within a process called Levelisation.

You will be responsible for managing the customer’s journey through the FiT scheme. This includes but is not limited to, dealing with initial submissions, maintaining customer relations, answering customer queries and administering accounts to allow customers to receive payments.

The majority of the tasks have delivery deadlines and targets for completion and the Advisor will be expected to achieve these. The Advisor will work with a high level of cooperation, communication and contribution to the overall team performance, which is tracked against KPI’s and individual targets.

You will have proven experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, complex environment. You will also have experience of working in a team environment and excellent communication skills. It would be great if you had a passion for renewable energy and/or experience working in a similar industry.
