Telemarketing Executive

This company supply, install and maintain telecommunications for businesses across the UK. They have recently won Ericsson-LG Best Partner of the Year and Comms Business Reseller of the Year (Up to £2.5m turnover). Due to successful growth they are currently recruiting for a Telemarketing Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company at an exciting time.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the responsibilities for the successful candidate include:

- pitching their products and services to prospective clients by cold calling leads on their database
- following up initial calls with emails and call backs
- creating and organising appointments for their Telecoms Specialists
- confirming appointments for clients by email
- promoting the company and maintaining their company message at all opportunities

They are looking for potential candidates to possess the following skills and capabilities:

- Experience in a similar role
- An excellent telephone manner
- Keyboard skills including Microsoft Office programmes
- A friendly, personable and professional approach to prospective clients
- Excellent organisational skills

EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE IS ESSENTIAL.
