Senior Human Resources Officer

Full Time, Fixed Term for 6 months

Salary:  £24,289 - £27,318 per annum

Carmarthen or Swansea Campus 

The post will involve assisting the HR Director in the provision of generalist human resources support within Trinity Saint David by providing a responsive, efficient and customer-focused service across a complex-structured environment.  

The role holder will be required to participate in the planning and organising of recruitment processes, and will be expected to participate in selection interviews. There will be a requirement to work closely with the respective line managers in the organising of the short listing process and in the preparation of interview tests and procedures.  The importance of attention to detail will be crucial in respect of the administration and monitoring of recruitment.  This will also be vital for the effective working in other aspects of the HR administration function. 

A working knowledge of current employment legislation is vital and the post holder will be expected to keep up to date with changes in legislation.  R
