A leading organisation in Birmingham is looking for a Balti Chef. Duties include preparation of Indian Curry and Balti dishes, cooking, creating and developing all types of Balti items from the menu using traditional techniques using fresh and raw ingredients and also recommending them for added menu variety. You will also be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety within your section. Involved in development of junior kitchen staff by providing them necessary training in required areas, wastage control, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
