As one of the fastest growing businesses in the region, we are currently looking for a Tender Support Engineer (Marine Installation Services)

To take responsibility for bidding, negotiating and securing contracts for Marine Installation Services Projects. This will involve the co-ordination and preparation of tenders and the production of proposals. You will report to the Tendering and Commercial Manager and coordinate the input of other members of the team into the tendering process, ensuring that bids are professional, clear, technically compliant and commercially advantageous. The role will be predominantly based in our Bickland Office with the periodic requirement for site time, vessel visits and external meetings.

The successful candidate will have:

 Demonstrable skills in negotiating, securing contracts, communication, planning and task prioritisation

 A good understanding of contracting principles and knowledge of a number of industry standard forms of contract

 A proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and an enthusiasm for developing efficient business processes.

 Proficiency in MS excel and MS project

 Experience of managing marine and/or marine geotechnical/drilling projects and estimating would be beneficial, but is not essential
