We currently have exciting opportunities to join our team as we seek to recruit…a Residential Resettlement Worker
(37.5 hours per week)
The role of the Residential Resettlement Worker will be to provide a consistent and dedicated approach to support young people leaving care
to become ‘tenancy ready’, achieve life skills and maintain their own accommodation using a ‘Solution-Focussed Therapy approach’.
