A Conveyancing Fee Earner is required to join a top 150 conveyancing law firm at their office in Southport, Merseyside. They deal with local and national Conveyancing matters and are recruiting for a whole range of new roles.

Responsibilities:
- Motivating and coordinating Conveyancing Transactions to Exchange of Contracts
- Chasing all parties for Information and Progress. You will liaise with clients, solicitors and estate agents and other third parties to ensure all files can be progressed asap.
- Overseeing/training less experienced members of the team
Activities will include:
Data entry, document generation, issuing sale contracts, request redemption figures, ordering searches, reporting on all search results and mortgage offers, exchanging contracts and preparing completions.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Two year's conveyancing experience.
- Freehold and leasehold experience
- You will need to work well in a team environment and on your own initiative.
- Have excellent communications skills and telephone manner.
- High customer focus.
- Able to liaise / deal with lawyers, lenders, clients and estate agents.
- Excellent numeracy.
Physical conditions:
Normal weekly hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Office located in Southport with additional offices in Basildon, Stratford, St Ives (Cambridge) and Bracknell. A generous bonus scheme is also available.
