We are looking for individuals who have 'fire in their belly' to become the best consultants within the market. Liquid Personnel specialise within Social Work and Social Care industry, offering a market leading basic salary with UNCAPPED COMMISSION, realistic earning potential- OTE 35k year 1. We offer a "Best in Class" training programme offering you to fast track to

Successful Candidate;

You will have a strong sales and academic background. You will be hard working, driven and self-motivated, resilient, excellent communication skills, ability to make outbound calls and build
relationships but above all be highly motivated by money. You will be expected to have a good understanding of how the recruitment industry is engineered and we're looking for candidates who display strong leadership competencies coupled with the desire to be the best.
