Senior Mechanical Engineer
Our client is heavily involved in the production of Green Energy and associated ancillary components. The client is experiencing huge growth and as such seeks additional Mechanical Engineers with at least 18 months commercial experience.
You will be a Graduate BEng or MEng 1st or 2.1 level Mechanical Engineers or perhaps an experienced industry served Engineer preferably with at least 5 years experience in related Industry, project management experience and the use of 3D software ( Inventor ) would also be an advantage.
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a range of technically challenging projects. You will be working to deadlines, meeting specifications/costs whilst ensuring quality is not compromised. You will apply intensive & diversified knowledge of engineering principles & practices in a range of areas of technical responsibility. You must have the ability to identify engineering problems, as well as seek to analyse and resolve. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
You will work within a team where you will be expected to take on responsibility at an early stage. Your involvement in and contribution to the project team which may include other disciplines within the company will be actively encouraged. You may also be involved directly with individual clients with whom you are expected to promote a positive working relationship and be expected to plan your own time and assist the team leader and project managers in determining the resource requirements for your work.
