Health and Social Care Partnerships (H&SCP) is a small independent health
and social care provider based predominantly around the Merseyside area.
We currently provide:
• Specialist Neuro Rehabilitation
• Residential Nursing Services for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs
• Long term nursing care to individuals who have complex physical conditions.
The majority of individuals supported will have an acquired brain injury.
Available Positions:
Cleveland House
Unit Manager/Deputy Manager
Must be a first Level Nurse with a minimum 2 years’ experience (RMN/RNLD/
RNA/RGN)
First Level Nurses - (RMN/RNLD/RNA/RGN)
Administrator • Support Workers
Activity Staff • House Keeping Staff • Cook/Kitchen Staff
