Job Elements: -

• To develop and manage new and existing customers across a defined portfolio, ensuring that sales growth and margin targets are maximised in line with Company / Divisional objectives.
• To lead a cross functional project team with the objective of developing and delivering a specific range of products across a variety of customers and to ensure this is delivered to spec, on time and in full.
• Reporting directly to the National Account Controller .
• Create and implement a Sales & Marketing business plan for the account base.
• Establish sales & margin budgets – set targets and review on a regular basis.
• Provide clear leadership and motivation to a cross functional teams to achieve and exceed customer expectations.
• Establish new and develop existing long term Customer relationships.
• Grow sales & margin through a focused business plan.
• Develop business through new product development

The ideal candidate will have:

• Successful track record of profitable sales delivery ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Strong Commercial acumen.
• National Account management experience in a Blue Chip environment.
• Ability to negotiate at all levels.
• Target driven achiever.
• Presentation skills.
• Communication Skills – written and verbal.
• Excellent people management and skills – being able to develop strong internal & external relationships.
• Degree level education
