**RGN Needed for Private Hospital Work in Guildford **
Dream Medical are working closely with fantastic private hospital in order to recruit Band 5 Staff nurses permanently to work in a Ward environment.
This private hospital in particular has great reputation for providing first class care and services to all medical, Surgical and oncology patients.
With easy access to the A3/M25 and a fantastic local rail and bus service, this hospital is ideal for commuting/local nurses.
Daily duties will include:
•Provision of basic nursing care specific to individual patient needs
•The administration of Oral and Intravenous medications
•Key involvement in the assessment, planning and effective delivery of care
•Working coherently with members of the Multi-Disciplinary team
•Delegation of tasks as appropriate to colleagues/students
•Mentoring Student nurses
•Abiding by the local policies in guidelines to ensure safe practice
•Caring for postoperative patients
•Close monitoring of observations
Following recent extension of the hospital site, this great private healthcare provider is looking to welcome experienced band 5 Nurses into their family orientated atmosphere.
