QUALITY PICKER
ROLE: QUALITY PICKER
REPORTS TO: CABIN LEADER / SHIFT SUPERVISOR
An exciting new opportunity has become available for Quality Pickers to work with our client, who is a Waste Management specialist based in the Northampton and Cambridge area.
As a Quality Picker you will be responsible for picking various materials from moving conveyors and for a variety of other duties throughout the MRF when instructed by your Team Leader.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Picking at defined rates selective materials from a moving conveyor
- Ensuring quality and recovery rates are maximised
- Housekeeping of the operator cabins and the MRF in general
- Operator maintenance of parts of the plant
- General duties throughout the MRF
Requirements
- Ability to work as a part of team
- Punctuality

- Attention to detail
Pay rate is £6.50ph
