Job Title: Deputy Manager Learning Disabilities

Location: Based in Denmead, Hampshire     

Salary: £20,268 Per Annum

Our Client provide care, support and advice to vulnerable people giving them the tools and resources they need to live independent, secure and valued lives.

They are really pleased to be recruiting a Deputy Manager for their Disability Service which provides care and support for people with learning disabilities.

Closely supporting the Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for promoting, managing and co-ordinating care plans, and you’ll play a central role in team leadership. From supervising shift allocation, participating in recruitment and induction of staff members, you will be central to service delivery.

It goes without saying that you’ll be familiar with appropriate regulations, legislation and administration. You will need to be as passionate as they are about being the best they can be, and showing it in everything they do.

Participating in the on-call management rota is an essential requirement for this role. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required for the successful applicant.
