ASSOCIATE LECTURER IN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION Ref: 1427
Salary £23,907 to £27,689 per annum
Leeds College of Building is the UK's only specialist further education construction college and we have an excellent reputation for providing quality education in Construction and the Built Environment.
The College was recently graded as 'good' by Ofsted, who highlighted our quality teaching for enabling students to develop good vocational skills and produce work of a high standard.
With our new campus due to open in January 2015, which will bring together four of our existing sites, this is an exciting time to be joining the LCB team!
We are looking for a qualified trade professional willing to share their knowledge and skills with young people and adults. You should have relevant industry experience and an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation. Possession of willingness to achieve a level 2 qualification in English and Maths is essential.
The chosen applicant will deliver long and short courses which may include AM2 preparation etc. Experience of working in a teaching/training capacity is desirable but not essential. A willingness to undertake teaching and assessing qualifications will be essential.
