Operations coordinator

Due to recent levels of growth position has become available for an individual to work within our operations team offering transport and logistics solutions to Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles.

Key Skills
• Excellent communication skills, through verbal, face to face and online methods
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload
• Develop and maintain working relationship with clients and suppliers.
• Provide excellent customer service, remaining flexible and committed to achieving or surpassing out customers’ requirements

The Role
• Handling and arranging the transit of consignments from collection point through to delivery
• Administration via in house database software packages in addition to Microsoft office
• Create accurate paperwork, manifests and client paperwork
