Salary £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending upon experience

Our client is one of the largest commercial property companies in the North of England. With over 100 properties across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham, they provide office space, serviced and virtual offices, meeting rooms and retail premises to companies across a wide range of different business sectors. They develop, let and manage all their own properties, which means that they have extensive expertise in creating buildings that don’t just look good, but also work effectively and efficiently to meet their customers’ needs.

They are looking for a strong HR Advisor to join their busy HR Team. As the HR Advisor you will be focused on providing first class commercial HR support and guidance to directors, managers and colleagues.

Some of the main responsibilities of this role will be:

• Leading on the development of policy and procedure
• Ensuring the HR function is streamlined and robust
• Managing employee relations in a pragmatic and commercial manner
• Coaching and training managers in effective management of performance, behaviours, attendance and people development
• Supporting the business with effective workforce planning and structuring resources, including support on complex reorganisations and TUPE
• Managing the annual benefits renewal process
• Support the recruitment and induction process as required
• Undertaking other projects as required
