Telesales Executive (Apprenticeships)

ECS Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a strong Telesales Executive to be based in Central London

This is predominately an outbound/Cold-calling role where you will be promoting training and apprenticeship opportunities to both new and existing clients (Blue Chip, SME, Colleges)

* Up to GBP30k base, OTE GBP35 - GBP40k+ 1st year.*

Essential Criteria;

- Telesales Experience
- Demonstrable track record of sales/exceeding targets
- Knowledge of Apprenticeships/training industry
- Ideally have sold intangible (training) products over the phone

Responsibilities;

- Make outbound calls using data provided with the aim of generating employer interest in taking on an apprentice.
- Use thorough product knowledge to inform employers of the benefits of apprenticeships and apprentice recruitment to their business.
- Promote and present the company brand and associated training courses available
- Cross sell additional services and products when applicable.
- Track calls and company interest on the internal database systems
