Senior HR Business Partner - Europe

Bristol based Cray Inc. is a global leader in supercomputers, providing their products to a broad range of customers including governments, large corporate businesses and academic centres. They have recently set up their European headquarters in Bristol and expect a high level of growth within the region. We are looking for a Senior / HR Business Partner to lead all HR activity for the European operation and to develop, implement and drive results that increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency across the region. The role blends, partnering the executive to develop a complimentary HR strategy for Europe along with hands on leadership of generalist HR Operations such as employee relations, recruitment and development, policy input, and supporting day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be an accredited HR leader with a demonstrable background leading and delivering a broad range of HR activities within a multinational context, with an interest and ability to be both hands on with HR operations and develop HR strategy in support of the business. The role will be Bristol based but with a high involvements in HR across Europe, particularly within Switzerland, Germany, France and Italy.
