We currently have an opportunity for experienced trades person Lead Technician vacancies in our Bristol office but covering the whole of the West of England

Reporting to a Maintenance Manager, you will ensure that the Area team of trades persons and contractors deliver a successful programme of maintenance services to customers.

You will ensure that team output continually meets the required performance levels for customer satisfaction, completion to target, quality of product and value for money. You will assist in the planning of forecasted labour and material resources.

You will carry out stock condition, housing safety and other customer or property surveys as required, including due diligence survey work aligned to stock acquisition and new properties

You will support the Area team objectives by carrying out 'multi-skilled' and/or specialist trade works as required to achieve agreed targets

Extensive hands on trade experience is essential, either multi-skilled or specialist trade, with relevant qualifications (C&G/NVQ level 2 min) confident carrying out various repairs and improvements to domestic properties.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and ideally people with supervisory experience

You will be expected to build effective relationships with a range of colleagues and customers and display strong influencing skills to ensure you meet challenging targets and objectives.

Qualifications required:

A recognised Trade Qualification C&G/NVQ2 as a minimum
