Part-time Marketing and Fundraising Officer (0.6 FTE)

21 hours per week, term time only contract (41 weeks per academic year)

Salary: Grade 5 £10,695 (point 22) to £12,113 (point 26) per annum – actual salary to reflect term-time and part-time working

Manchester Health Academy opened in September 2009 and is sponsored by Central Manchester NHS Foundation Trust with Manchester City Council and as a co-sponsor. In September 2010 the Academy moved into a £20 million state-of-the-art building and is now amongst the most popular schools in the city, showing significant academic improvement a rapidly expanding student population and growing sixth form provision.

To help us in our journey we are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing Officer to join our collaborative team of professional support staff.  Under the direction of the Business and Marketing Manager the post holder will be responsible for the operational development and delivery of the Academy’s marketing communication strategies, including social media, and for ensuring all additional funding opportunities are actively pursued and completed.

The role will be subject to completion of a successful 6 month probationary period.
