The Manchester Special Educational Needs Team is currently searching for a Behaviour Support Worker on behalf of a Pupil referral unit it Bolton. The ideal candidate will have experience of raising the aspirations and confidence of children with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. This candidate must have a positive and motivational approach and should be able to work as part of a supportive team. This position would suit a candidate that has come from a youth support background looking to increase their knowledge and experience in the classroom. Alternatively this position would benefit a mainstream Teaching Assistant that has supported children with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties looking to specialise in Special Educational Needs settings.

Team Teach training would be beneficial but training will be provided. The position will be subject to at least two professional references and a working enhanced DBS disclosure either gained through Randstad or registered on th eonline update tracking service.
