A fantastic opportunity has arisen for several Quality Assurance (QA) assessors to immediately join a well-known financial institution based in Aylesbury.
Candidates must have proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control complaints within an investments, protections or remediation environment.
As a Quality Assurance (QA/QC) specialist your duties will include:
• Report writing
• Reviewing cases against quality standards and providing feedback coaching and guidance
• Handling complaints in Investments and Protections
• Summarising MI information
An ideal Quality Assurance (QA) assessor will hold the following skills and experiences:
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control complaints in an investments protections or remediation environment
• Check-the-checker experience
• Report writing experience is desirable
• Used to working under tight project deadlines
• Ability to prioritise and escalate where appropriate
• Excellent written communication skills
• Hands-on approach, friendly, team player
• Enthusiastic, analytical and decisive
• Discreet and professional with regard to handling sensitive feedback information
• Able to manage a demanding, complex and varied workload of cases
Personal & Technical Skills:
1. Possession of FPC 1,2,3, (essential) or Level 4 - Certificate in Financial Planning or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills
3. High attention to detail with customer focus
4. Excellent organisation skills
5. Must be able to commit to no less than 6 months of the project
This role would also suit candidates who have previously been a Quality Assurance contractor/Quality Controller/QC- Check the Checker or any form of Quality Control experience.
In return, you will receive an attractive daily rate and commensurate with a contract that is certainly to be on going for 12 months +.
